Cancellations/Refunds – A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed for all cancellations.  Meals are guaranteed with the hotel one week prior to the event, therefore there is no refund for cancellations submitted on or after April 16th, 2026.  You are welcome to send a replacement from your organization if you are unable to attend.
