HOURS FOR THE 2024 FALL CONFERENCE ARE PENDING APPROVAL

Nurses

IHLA works with DMACC to secure Contact Hours for nurses (LPN's and RN's) from the Iowa Board of Nursing for the Spring and Fall Conferences.  Participants will be notified when approval has been received and the number of hours available are confirmed.  After the event DMACC will issue the certificate to the individual licensee.

REVENUE CYCLE MANAGERS, MEDICAL BILLERS, and CODERS

IHLA works with AAPC to secure continuing education hours with AAPC for the bi-annual conferences (Spring and Fall) and for the Panel of Payers Event.

Certificate of Attendance*

A certificate of attendance is sent to all attendees electronically after the bi-annual conferences (Spring and Fall) and for the Panel of Payers Event.

*It is the licensee's responsibility to determine if the continuing education programs they attend meet the requirements of their professional board.
